you surround with light. your quickness takes me offguard - hits me hard. Like you can't help but be within me. But I think I know how hard you roll - mixing myself up with dreams; stitching me right up at the seams. Don't stop stitching me up offguard. I'm expecting you to bind me up, to crash my life in roping knots. Your power far exceeds all mine and I discover you're not binding me- but making me one of those cool tree-house rope ladders. Instead of fear I'm climbing up the rungs you've knotted in your love. Your power far exceeds all mine and I'm realising you're my Father. Don't stop stitching me up offguard! Let's have a quickie– step and repeat me 'til we're both really busy hanging out in my tree-house. But your power far exceeds all mine. You're Dad and I'm much happier knowing, now, that you're my father. You're Swiss-cheese-free and making cool stuff. Don't stop stitching me up offguard.

Love this poem; the music, the fantastic delivery! Helps to have such a great accent too! Imagine it in Brissolese!!
‘DJ Hygeine’ performed this at the newly-named Tree House, in Bristol; named in honour of his creative imagination. The picture conjured up in our minds of a space created to be playfully imaginative in a Father’s presence!
Keep the good stuff flowing, dear poet!

Thanks for the support Geoff, and I’m honoured to have such a creative space named after my poem!
